Official renderings of the latest Nike LeBron 13 have finally released, following a series of leaked images.
The model’s distinctive colorway is inspired by the film franchise, Friday the 13th, which focuses on the fictional character Jason Voorhees. LeBron is an avid fan of horror films and this variation perfectly captures the theme with blood-like splatter prints adorning its midsole unit. The silhouette retains a White composition overall, as touches of Grey on the toe box and quarter panels define the sneaker’s aesthetic, as well as complementing the palette.
Furthermore, hints of Black are utilized for its lining and Swoosh branding, while more Red accents grace the flywire, special tongue tag referencing the scary movie, pull tabs and LJ branding on its heel. All adhered atop an icy translucent outsole, you can find this newest variation at Nike retailers on Friday, November 13th, for $200.
I’m a big fan of the silhouette so far and this colorway is pretty sweet. Aside from the inspiration, I just like its mostly White finish in general and touches of Red. I’m just biased to those combos most of the time.
